Meet the CEO
Distinctive, Faithful, Audacious and Meticulous are words that have been used to describe Alicia Allen. She is a proven professional that has gained corporate success in a male dominated field of management. She has 20 years experience leading and guiding growth ranging from local youth programs to large organizations. She has worked closely with clients to develop the appropriate business strategies and leadership development to successfully move organizations forward. Alicia cultivated these strengths while pursuing a Business degree at Clark Atlanta University where she embodied the school’s motto “I’ll find a way or make one”. She is also a Project Management Professional certified through the Project Management Institute.
